New construction coming to Olde Kensington!

Walking my wonderful neighborhood, and I saw the progress of what appears to be new construction condos at 2nd and Oxford Streets. The builder did not have any information available on the expected completion date or offering price, but I expect to find out soon. I’m positing some pictures of the development below.

This is the last time I allow my clients to use Bank of America as their mortgage lender

No wonder Bank of America posted a loss for the most recent quarter. Their communication and scheduling during major holidays leaves much to be desired.

I have a pending deal where I’m representing the buyer and I sent the agreement of sale almost a month before the scheduled closing date. Now one person says they need a five day extension, and the “boss” thinks they need 10 days. The first delay is being blamed on the July 4th holiday, and it apparently has been downhill from there. Now they’re verbally requesting additional information that isn’t even on the mortgage commitment letter.

No wonder Bank of America posted a loss for the most recent quarter. They suck!
