What we see in this photo is a power cord that stretches entirely across the bedroom, through the window, and barely connects to the power line in the street with a few straggly wires. This of course was a complete turnoff to my client. What were these sellers thinking? If you’re willing to take shortcuts with electric connections, what else have you taken shortcuts with in the renovation of the property?
