I think I need to run a contest to see which agent has the funniest clients. I swear I would win hands down. Following is a conversation I had with a seller this morning after I gave him an update on one of his properties listed for sale.

Me: Since reducing the price, I’ve been getting a lot more calls. I have an appointment to show the property to an investor this afternoon.

Client: That’s cool. You know what Raquel? Once you sell this house, I’m going to take you out to a nice dinner. At Applebees.

Me: (laughing) Applebees? Really? Are you treating me to the “2 for $20″ special?

Client: No something a little nicer.

Me: So does that mean I can have cheese too?

Client: Um yeah, you can have some cheese too.

I really do have the funniest clients.
