Another reason why Bank of America sucks at shortsales

If your employees don’t know the fax numbers for other very important departments, that’s a big problem. In fact, that’s just one of the big problems that Bank of America has when it comes to dealing with shortsales.

While calling Bank of America to confirm some information for a client, I told the representative the fax number I had sent the information to. He had no idea what fax number I should be sending the information to.  This bank probably is holding the biggest batch of foreclosures in the country, and their reps don’t know where people are supposed to fax shortsale information to? The idiots running that operation need a wakeup call.

Phone companies must love agents who do shortsales

Working another shortsale with Ocwen today. When I first called, the prompt told me I had an approximate wait time of one and a half minutes. I’ve now been on hold for over 19 minutes. Makes me wonder if these slacker mortgage companies are in cohoots with phone companies to generate revenue. :-)
